Where can I
rebook my ticket?
You MUST send
an email to the LIAT Reservations Call
Centre from our contact form to rebook. You cannot rebook via travel agencies
or online sites.
When do I
need to rebook by?
Your credit
will be available for use on bookings for travel ending December 31, 2021.
Do I have
to pay a change fee?
LIAT will
waive all change fees for period ending January 31, 2020. However, applicable
fare differences may apply and must be paid by the passenger.
Can I use
my credit to a different destination?
Yes, you can
use your credit to rebook to any destination. However, a difference in the fare
may apply.
Can I use
my credit more than once?
No. Credits
will only be applied once and cannot be utilised after being used. There will
be no refunds for differences in fares.
I
previously requested a refund but now want to use my ticket?
If you
previously requested a refund, you would need to email both the Administrator
and Reservations retracting the request for a refund, then you will need to
follow the process to utilize the credit.

LIAT will be
