STATEMENT ON COMMUNICATIONS WITH LIAT

ST. JOHN’S, ANTIGUA September 8, 2017LIAT wishes to advise the public that as a result to the passage of Hurricane Irma, some of LIAT's communication systems based at our headquarters in Antigua have been severely affected. This has resulted in intermittent outages to our stems including our Call Centre and Corporate emails. Our IT Department is working to quickly restore connectivity. We also wish to advise passengers who are contacting the Call Centre that there is a high volume of calls and as such they may experience longer wait times for service. We ask that passengers exercise patience as we work to assist in rebooking flights which were affected by the passage of Hurricanes Irma and Jose.
