• Promotion Terms & Conditions for special discounts and/or offers supersede applicable items in the General Terms & Policies.
• All fares are exclusive of surcharges, fees and taxes.
• All surcharges, fees and taxes must be paid at the time of purchase.
• Offer valid for new purchases only and not for existing bookings.
• Foreign fares and fees are subject to daily going currency exchange rates.
• All promotion fares are valid for bookings made and travel completed on or before November 30th 2012 except for Blackout travel periods.
• Travel is prohibited during Blackout periods. These periods include but may not be limited to: Easter, April 01  – April 15, 2012 and Summer, July 06 – September 09, 2012.
• Offer is subject to eligibility. Only employees and staff of recognized Industry Partners are eligible, which include Airports, Seaports, Customs & Immigration, Hotels, Tourist Attractions, Taxi Operators, Tour Operators, Car rental, Tourist Boards and Tourism Authorities.
• This offer is not extended to spouses, partners, relatives, friends or associates of eligible Industry Partners.
• Fares are non-refundable and no credits will be created or allowed.
• Existing credits may not be applied to or used for promotional fares.
• Changes are permitted. The usual change fee penalty will apply.
• This fare is applicable to each ticket purchased. A maximum of four (4) persons may be booked on any one booking.
• Fares are capacity controlled. Seats offered at this fare are limited and may not be available on all flights.
• Fares are not guaranteed until purchased.
• Guests traveling need to provide all necessary travel documents (e.g. valid passport, visa where applicable etc.) at the time of departure. LIAT reserves the right to deny boarding in the absence of proper travel documents.
• Other restrictions or special conditions may apply in some territories.
• Offer is subject to availability and LIAT Terms and Policies.
