To Enter
· Book and travel on any LIAT flight to enter.
· Valid for bookings made between May 1, 2010 and December 15, 2010 and for travel May 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
· Complete one entry form per passenger at liat.com.
· Fill in all mandatory fields, for a valid entry.
· Passengers must travel to qualify.
· Passengers must travel at least one segment of their itinerary in order to qualify.
· Passengers must complete the departure leg of travel on or prior to December 31, 2010.
Eligibility
· Passengers must be 18 years and over to enter, must purchase a ticket and travel with LIAT to qualify.
· Travellers must reach their destination by December 31, 2010.
· LIAT staff, ground handlers, partners, family tickets, buddy passes, non-revenue tickets, barters and sponsorship agreements are not eligible.
· Winners must be available for LIAT advertising, news releases and the use of their names and likenesses in future promotions.
Competition Rules
· Grand prize will be drawn on Friday, January 28, 2011.
· Interim draws:
· Wednesday, June 2, 2010
· Friday, October 15, 2010
· Interim prize winners 1 and 2 must complete travel by June 1, 2011 and October 14, 2011 respectively
· The grand prize is for a total of 12 round-trip airline tickets on LIAT.
· Grand prize winner must complete all travel between January 29, 2011 and January 28, 2012.
· All dates are subject to change.
· Prize trips are inclusive of air fare, fuel, travel insurance, surcharges, fees and ticketed taxes.
· Taxes where not included on the ticket must be paid by the traveller. All taxes must be paid in full prior to travel.
· Tickets cannot be surrendered or exchanged for cash.
· Tickets are non–transferable, non-refundable and may not be sold.
· Winner must travel each trip but may be accompanied by guests.
· A maximum of six (6) persons may travel at the same time during regular travel periods.
· Restrictions may apply during peak periods. A maximum of two (2) persons may travel per flight during peak periods:
· April 17, 2011 – May 2, 2011
· July 15, 2011 – September 15, 2011
· December 15, 2011 – December 31, 2011
· All dates are subject to change.
· LIAT is only responsible for the provision of flights. All prizes offered by other parties are the sole responsibility of that party.
· All reservations are subject to availability.
